Meditation & Metaphysical Tip by Veronica Castagnini Here I will be posting meditation and metaphysical tips based on my psychic perception during my personal practice, my work as a meditation instructor and as director of healing groups for many years. I have made the correspondence with the major principles of existence enunciated in The Kybalion by Three Initiates. I recommend it to everyone who is intending to step into the unknown, esoteric and metaphysical disciplines. More interesting related books at: Bibliography
Breathing is essential to be alive. During meditation, breathing is the main tool and motor that lets us experience how alive we can be, and how our love and light can be extended and directed to transform our life into a glorious journey. Here are the different stages of the use of breathing as a tool to reconnect with our soul/core center/light body, energizing and activating our centers of energy/chakras/inner drives, to recover our inner power and heal life. I have been practicing meditation since I was a teenager, and since teaching it, I have developed a technique demonstrated in my meditation dvd as being the fastest way to reach a higher level of awareness. During the first stage, Relaxation, the breathing pattern of inhaling and exhaling helps to calm down, relax, clear our mind, and regain emotional stability and focus. This helps to relieve stress.
During the second stage, Chakras Activation, we are going into a deeper level to activate the major chakras, our breathing and the visualizations of the prana/light-love/life-energy flowing into the major chakra systems, releasing the blocks and their flow bringing healing, balancing, and upgrading each of them while building our light body. These exercises heal our physical and emotional body as well as the environment around us. During the third stage, Rising to the Higher Level, the breathing pattern helps to rise to where we can align with our Higher-selves, connecting our breathing with our core/golden chakra. This is where we recuperate our will/inner power. Note: about breathing during yoga practicing While practicing yoga ,when the instructor mentions breathing in or through a particular area of the body, this indicates visualizing this specific area while at same time inhaling prana/life-energy /light-love to this area and exhaling the blocks causing pain or discomfort in these areas. Activate principles: Transmutation of the Soul, Inner Power, As Above is Below. My poem A Lesson of Breathing (Veronica Poems)was inspired by the change and opportunities that we can grasp by being aware of the healing power of our breathing.
